Task: Produce Technology Capacity Management Summary
The Capacity Manager must produce a consolidated view of the Technology Capacity Management activities in the engagement. The experience gained, and recommended improvements must be summarized, so that it can be reused in other services.

    The Capacity Manager must collect information such as work products, performance measures, results and improvement information derived from Technology Capacity Management process. During the execution of the process, the Capacity Manager would have come across certain improvement area’s and best practices, lessons learnt etc. These should be documented in the Technology Capacity Management Summary, so that these can be referred by similar engagements in future.
